Even after an exit for a 2022 round 1 pick, the former Kansas City Chiefs' cornerback for four years' bond with his ex-teammate is still the same, with veteran legend Travis Kelce's response proving that the connection is mutual.

Trent McDuffie, who is now a part of the Los Angeles Rams by signing a four-year, $124 million deal, has announced his engagement with his girlfriend, Gabby Esposito, on May 3rd on Instagram with a picture of them together.

“The best part of me, forever💍✨,” read the post caption.

Soon, the post caught the attention of Travis Kelce, who is now confirmed for his 14th NFL season.

"Let’s goooo!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻," Kelce's comment read.

The reactions poured in almost instantly. Patrick Mahomes, his former teammate, and L'Jarius Sneed soon dropped in, both sending their congratulations as the moment spread across the league.

Mcduffie and Esposito met at a charity event in 2024, and the beautiful couple went official in May 2024 on Instagram by posting a picture together at a Mexico resort, as per Yahoo.com.

During a post-season trip to Italy in May, McDuffie made the moment special by proposing to Gabby in a beautiful view.

The 25-year-old chose a terrace that looked over an old city while they were travelling through the Italian countryside. Gabby later shared the news online, posting photos and showing her engagement ring, as the couple started a new chapter in their relationship.

However, the celebration of new beginnings isn't limited to those moving on from Arrowhead, even Kelce is preparing for his prewedding celebration.

Travis Kelce and his Fiancee Taylor Swift are planning big pre-wedding celebrations as their wedding inches closer.

The couple has been together for nearly three years after starting their relationship in 2023. The Chiefs' tight end proposed to Taylor in August last year, and since then, their wedding plans have been a topic of conversation. 

But now they are focusing on their pre-wedding events, which they are planning on a large scale with close friends like actress Selena Gomez, model Gigi Hadid, quarterback Patrick Mahomes, along with family members from both the Kelce and Swift sides involved.

According to Closer Online, the powerful couple has set a high budget plan for the celebrations, keeping comfort and smooth arrangements in mind.

“Taylor didn’t want money to be a factor in planning these parties, so she and Travis have set a $10 million limit," the source reportedly shared.

As per Page Six, they plan the "save the dates" for early July in New York City, a place that holds personal meaning for Taylor Swift.

Insider Rob Shuter also revealed on Fox 5 New York that they will host the wedding at Swift’s SoHo residence, an 8,300 square foot space that can comfortably host the celebration.

"However, they’ve made it clear to their wedding party that if more needs to be spent to ensure everything runs smoothly, that won’t be an issue,” the source reportedly stated.

From Arrowhead to new beginnings, the bond clearly has not faded for Trent McDuffie and Travis Kelce. Different paths, same circle, and as life moves forward, some connections in the league just do not change.
