Travis Kelce and Tom Cruise have gone from a few introductions to something a little more familiar. On the latest episode of the New Heights podcast, Travis opened up about his growing friendship with the Hollywood star and gave listeners a look at what to expect from their upcoming conversation.

Travis and Jason Kelce recorded Wednesday's episode in Kansas City, just two days after the Chiefs' 31-10 win over the Denver Broncos. Cruise was also at Arrowhead Stadium for the game, where he was spotted sitting in Travis' suite next to Taylor Swift.

“It was definitely Tom Cruise for the first two times, but then him coming to the game and us having a sit-down right here, I mean, that's my guy Tom. Yeah, that's my guy. Well, he's the man. You guys are going to love the sit-down with him,” Travis Kelce said on Thursday.

The Kelce brothers also revealed that Cruise's special episode will arrive on Friday, September 18. Jason seemed amused by how quickly his brother had gone from calling him Tom Cruise to simply Tom.

“We got it coming out this Friday because he has a new movie coming out, Digger. We get into all of that as well as the rest of the history of his cinematic career, as well as he's just an incredible person,” Jason Kelce said on the New Heights podcast on Thursday.

Cruise's visit to Kansas City was not just about football. He stopped by the Chiefs' game as the podcast conversation came together ahead of the release of Digger.

The actor was also one of the 1,000 guests at Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift's wedding at Madison Square Garden on July 3.

Meanwhile, Kelce had a solid night against Denver, finishing with three receptions for 71 yards. His biggest play came in the third quarter when he broke loose for a 59-yard gain.

As Travis talked about his growing friendship with Cruise, the brothers also looked back at how Jason's daughters adjusted to having Taylor Swift around.

Jason Kelce's daughters had an interesting way of addressing Taylor Swift when they first met her.

The story came up on Wednesday's New Heights episode while Jason and Travis Kelce were talking about Travis getting used to calling Tom Cruise simply "Tom."

“We had to break that habit with the daughters,” Travis said. “When they had to meet Aunt Tay Tay, they were calling her ‘Taylor Swift,’” Jason Kelce said on the same podcast.

Jason and Kylie Kelce have four daughters: Wyatt, Elliotte, Bennett and Finnley. Their bond with Swift has since become much more familiar. The girls even served as flower girls at Travis Kelce and Swift's July 3 wedding at Madison Square Garden.

The story came up after Travis' Chiefs opened the season with a 31-10 win over Denver, where he had three catches for 71 yards.
